The band is a true project that began as a recording project to put together a collection of original songs written by John Lane. There are a body of musicians, including those who contributed to the record, who assemble and play different venues, and depending on the venue, the line-up is different. John is a rythm guitarist and the lead singer. Ian Yzerman is the bassist. David Scott plays the keyboards and sings lead and back-up. Joe Gillaspie is another cat who joins the band with crazy fingers on guitar and a voice that reminds you of Jim Croce himself. Noah Traner is a lead guitarist with licks that bring some of the best to mind. The record has been finished, is being mastered and will be released very soon. The gigs are being set up now, and we welcome all input, questions and contributions to the effort. The original tunes are played, and some of the great songs we cover range from Phish, The Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Merl Haggard, Bob Dylan, R.E.M., The Allman Brothers Band, Leon Russell, Leonard Cohen, and on and on the list shall go. J Bo has been professionally playing music since 2004 in Southern California at a variety of venues which include the world famous Whiskey A Go Go, The Viper Room, On the Rox and BB Kings with Jennifer Joseph. J Bo began his musical journey at age eleven in his school band playing woodwind and brass instruments. Through the years he experimented with many different instruments; bass guitar, drums and piano. He discovered his real passion, the guitar, which was introduced to him at thirteen after seeing his father performing in an original classic rock band. As his musical talents developed he began writing lyrics and melodies for his own original music. For four years J Bo was the lead vocals and guitarist for the successful cover/original band BoxKutters which performed at various venues in Riverside and Orange County. He was also the lead guitarist in several original bands; XNO, Day Zero, Razner and presently his own original band Screams of Eternity and the dynamic cover band "Pandora's Rock". Through the years he has had the distinct opportunity of opening for Stephan Pearcy of RATT, Great White and L.A. Guns. Recently he has performed professionally overseas with the cover band The Experience at SAX nightclub at the Le Royal Meridan. |

The members of the 502 band are no strangers to the Southern California live music scene. They have played the local club, Casino, and Wedding circuit non-stop from 2004 to 2011. With over 90 gigs a year, this high-energy trio was part of the 5-piece Stingers band line-up. They decided to venture out as a trio in 2007 to explore different venues and new musical material that did not fit the mold of a 5-piece band.
Jerry and Jimmy, who were veterans of the New York club scene, played in a successful trio that pushed the limits of a live band. Jerry explains “We can keep the crowd going until the end of the show, with a state-of-the art PA system, a five-string bass, and pristine vocal harmonies our 8000 watt live sound is in a class that few bands can touch.”
The members of 502 have incredible music backgrounds that give the band the ability to switch musical genres instantly; 502 takes on variety of material…modern rock, classic rock, alternative, and dance. All songs are all well portrayed and are uniquely distinct from other cover bands.
James Hilzman (Bass & Lead Vocals): has been involved in music his whole life; playing piano and guitar at a very early age. He has performed in many different venues with such artists such as Tony Harnel (from TNT), Grand Funk Railroad, Zebra, Steve Morse, and others.
His four-octave range and unique bass playing style captures the listener's attention !
Jerry Bon Anno (Guitar & Vocals): has been involved in music production since his early teens. In the early 90's, he co-owned the studio Northport Rock City and produced live demos for aspiring NY Manhattan talent.
Rodger Moore – (Drums): is known as “Side Sho Rog” for his crazy stage antics; including stick spinning, tossing, and double bass pounding. Rodger has been playing in Southern California cover bands since the late 1980’s. |

SOULJOURNERS is a young dynamic Progressive Rock/Metal Band that has created quite a buzz in the music industry in the past couple of years. JUMPSTART was formed in Pasadena in the summer of 1993. The Grind is a 5-piece classic rock and soul band which has been performing throughout Southern California since 1988. Most of the members have played together in various combinations for more than 30 years, and it is readily apparent in the band's tightness and professionalism. Collectively, the members have extensive stage, studio, and television experience.
The Grind has opened for such name artists as The Smokey Robinson Band, El Chicano, War and for national tribute acts such as Wild Child (Doors), Hotter Than Hell (KISS), and Atomic Punks (Van Halen). They have also hosted well-known guest players such as Patrick Moraz of the Moody Blues and John Burrola of Tierra.
Although their song list encompasses a wide variety of musical styles, the band is especially known for performing material by Santana and various East L.A Latin Soul groups. In fact, they can also perform as a Santana tribute act upon reuqest. The music is all danceable, with a solid beat, tasty percussion, and complex vocal harmonies.
The Grind has a solid reputation for providing a good time for all, and never fails to fill the dance floor. They have a lot of fun on stage, and the entire crowd gets into the spirit.

Born in Newport Beach and raised in Lake Forest, CA, Ben has been playing guitar since the age of 16, but his love for all kinds of music has inspired him his whole life. Ben's early admiration for such players as Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Johnson, David Gilmour, Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, and others eventually inspired Ben to teach himself their craft. Eventually Ben discovered the blues roots many of his favorite players had been inspired by, and discovered other blues guitar greats such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B King, Albert King, and Buddy Guy, to name a few...
Ben has grown from an amateur to touring, high profile, professional lead guitarist in the SoCal rock/blues/country scene over the past 14+ years. He has locally done just about all one can do (except made it to the big time, right?), from playing intimate acoustic performances at coffee houses for five people, to arena concerts in front of five thousand; he has professional recording and session experience, and has toured professionally across the SW US in multiple bands.
His latest project is a versatile rock/classic rock/blues power trio, delivering the best of Ben's favorite classic covers and original tunes as well...

Started playing bass in my teens. Joined BadMoon in 1978, my first band. Played concerts in O.C., L.A. , and Riverside county. Opened for Quiet Riot, back when mr. Randy Rhodes was on guitar. In 1978, won the L.A. county, Battle Of The Bands. Yep, first place out of 14 bands, including Quiet Riot even w/ mr. Rhodes playing his ax. BADMOON players were, myself, Tim Buxton, my older bro Rob Buxton, Pat McKeon, and Playboys Miss May of 78, Michelle Drake's boyfriend, Steve Krawl.
Don't want to forget. . . Jimmy Foster, and Ray Castillo on the drums. After this ride, about 1983 - 87, I joined the WALKAWAYS and did the Hollywood circuit. Little Lies Band was formed from several local Inland Empire and Orange County cover/original bands. As friends and fans of each other’s music and talent; Lisa, Laurie, Andy, Dave and Keith united quite by happenstance and the idea of a Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band was hatched.
Fleetwood Mac’s music is both soothing and beautiful with the illusion of simplicity. However, when tasked with the challenge to recreate these masterpieces of music art it became apparent how challenging of a feat this truly can be. From the guitars of Lindsay Buckingham and piano sounds of Christine McVie, to the bass melodies of John McVie, the drum beats of Mick Fleetwood and of course the unique sound of Stevie Nicks vocals, these musicians who make up Little Lies Band found from the first rehearsal, that they had a magical connection both musically and vocally so very pure, innocent and beautiful.
Audiences of all ages will sense this connection as well. The admiration these musicians have for each other through their beautiful reproduction of Fleetwood Mac’s classic hits which will fill the listening audience with the warmth and contentment only achieved by accomplished musicians who simply love what they do. |

Ken Rice, also the owner /operator / repair man at the Little Shop of Horns in Temecula, cannot be beat as the lead sax man, and lead vocalist. He considers himself fortunate to be able to provide up to nine band members, depending on the size and needs of the venue. They are all the very best Southern California professional recording and performing musicians consisting of Paul Pierce, Buddy Mercer, Tommy Matranga, Tony Isabel, Mark Cherry, Joe Vega, Rubin Marinez, and Jon Maxey. Remarkably, All the guys do great lead and background vocals and They are self contained, sound, lights etc. ..their 2nd CD "On The Verge" recently released World Wide by Rhombus Records, can be found at Amazon.com and they are now in the studio creating thier 3rd CD which will be comprised of all originals. No one can match her pipes, and she knows how to get a crowd up and on their feet!
ROSEANNE ALDRETE - GUITAR - Lead guitarist Rosie Aldrete will wow you with her lead guitar rifs! Roseann picked up a guitar at the age of 15 and set the Inland Empire guitar scene on fire. A true rock star, Rosie is wowing crowds with the passion in her performance. Roseann has won several guitarist of the year awards and plays in several cover bands. As the only female finalist in Guitar Center King Of the Blues competition, Rosie is an incredible talent. Full-time music teacher with rock n roll style.

SHEILA JOHNSON - BASS GUITAR - Sheila grew up playing piano and drums. She switched to playing string bass at 15. She went on to win best in state, became an all-star bass player and opened for The Who at the tender age of 16. She received a BA in music and played around Chicago in jazz combos and blues bands, perfecting her craft. She recently reappeared with an electric bass and performed with Myridian, Chronic Stew, Dagger Dollz. She is currently dedicated to melting faces with The Cougrzz.
